I’m Rowdy Norred, a U.S. Army veteran, oil and gas professional, and Texas Realtor who believes the people I represent deserve someone who knows how to work, negotiate, and fight for their best interests.

My career didn’t start behind a desk. From serving in the Army to working in the oilfields of West Texas and building a career in oil and gas sales, I’ve spent my life in environments where your word matters, relationships matter, and results matter. Those experiences shaped the way I approach real estate today.

For sellers, my goal is simple: protect your equity and put as much of your hard-earned money back in your pocket as possible. That’s why I offer full-service representation for as little as 1%.

For buyers, I negotiate as if it were my own money on the line. I’ll fight for the right price, the right terms, and a deal that makes sense for you—not simply a deal that gets me to closing.
